    Development Program

In July 2000, Hospice & Health Services, Inc. initiated a Development Program.

The purpose of our development program is for us to be of even greater service to our patients, families and community by expanding our sources of funds. With an increased demand for service in our area, our goal is to explore new ways to add additional revenue to provide support for existing and new services, as well as, new programs.

Caring Opportunities

The following are ways to show your support for our mission and the services we offer:

  • Memorials and tributes offer the donor the opportunity to remember or celebrate a friend or loved one by making a special gift in his or her name.

  • Naming Hospice & Health Services in your will or bequest provides a means for the donor to support Hospice and Health Services and/or a special program of choice well into the future.

  • A direct gift of cash is an immediate way to provide the resources for patients. All donations at any level are always appreciated!

  • Charitable gift annuities and trusts allow the donor to support Hospice & Health Services and receive special tax benefits and other incentives such as life income.

  • Non-cash gifts such as appreciated stock, securities, real estate, undivided interest in property, or life insurance offer the donor tax incentives, as well as the opportunity to make a charitable gift.

  • Naming opportunities are an excellent way for a donor to honor or memorialize a loved one by establishing a philanthropic fund for our grief services program and other outreach programs.
